Multi-Mode Tumblebox with  pressure ratings up to 40,000 PSI Rated

All Jetting distributes a multi-mode waterjetting tumblebox rated for use between 20,000 and 40,000 PSI. This tumble box is manufactured by GD Energy Products previously known as Gardner Denver and is compatible with all water blasting pump types.

• The GD Energy Products Multi-Mode Flow Control Valve, MultiMode Tumble Box, is designed to permit the use of multiple guns or lances with a single pump. Whether the pump is an intensifier or positive displacement plunger pump, the GD Energy Products Multi-Mode Tumble Box valve can be incorporated into the system. The tumble box valve is rated for 40,000 PSI and has a spring and a pneumatic loaded switch to ensure quick engagement and disengagement of water pressure to the tool. The easy-to-follow instruction guide makes maintaining and operating this tool simple and worry-free.

• DESCRIPTION

• The Tumble Box is made with an ergonomic lightweight tumble box frame for easy transport and uses a 60-second quick change cartridge for reduced down-time in repair situations. The air lubrication and dryer portion of the tumble box are comprised of original Norgren parts and the supporting shut off valve is Parker. The tumble box is a quality engineered product in a sleek red and black anodized frame. The valve can be used in a single mode in the dump and dry shut applications. The valve can be incorporated into a dual gun set up with either a flow splitter or “Y” for double the efficiency.
